4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery duration depends on the distance and Delhivery’s logistics.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within India only.
  • International Shipping and Bulk Orders: For international shipments or bulk orders, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • No Returns: Due to the nature of our products and their secure packaging, we do not accept returns.
  • Replacements:
    • If a wrong item is delivered, the product will be replaced. Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
    • Valid images or videos of the wrong item must be provided during the complaint process.
    • Shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by us.
  • Failed Deliveries:
    • If a delivery fails and the product is returned, the delivery charge will be deducted, and the adjusted amount will be refunded.

  • While we ensure secure packaging, we are not liable for damages occurring during transit unless reported with valid proof.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
